Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: 18 September 2026
This disclosure explains how DIY Retro Headphones (the “Site”) may earn commission from certain outbound purchase links.
1. Affiliate links
Some links to retailers, parts suppliers, or tools may be affiliate links. If you follow such a link and make a purchase, the Site may receive a commission. The price you pay is not increased because the link is an affiliate link.
Not every outbound link is an affiliate link.
2. Editorial independence
Guides and vault notes are written to describe fit, wear, and repair. An affiliate relationship is not, by itself, a sufficient reason to recommend a product. Where buy links appear, they are presented as structured fields on the relevant page.
3. Where links may appear
Affiliate links may appear on:
- headphone and parts pages in the vault;
- buying or comparison articles on the blog;
- tool or material mentions in model descriptions.
Where reasonably practicable, affiliate links are identified on the page or next to the relevant control.
4. Other revenue
One-time model sales and creator revenue share are separate from affiliate commissions. They are described in the Terms of Service and Creator Upload Terms.
